The mind-body problem is a long-standing problem due to the lack of identification of where both parties have representations.
The mind, as a construction of interactions with the world, is based on the brain. The body represents organs, systems, tissues, etc. The mind has two main aspects: thoughts or thought forms and memory. Consciousness, attention, imagination, perceptions, predictions, inner voice, thought, and consciousness all have brushes as thought forms: active or passive, controlled or automatic.
Everything in the body, or let’s say every internal sense, informs the brain, or mainly memory. Memory has stores for each one, containing information about what it is, grouped by similarities: type, function, location, sequence, speed, etc. During activities, tents are transported between groups. In addition, there is a control, per cycle, of how an organ works with memory, to create an alert if something goes wrong.
Between mind and body, memory is what they have in common. Memory has stores with equivalents of all the internal and external senses. Like memory has a store for the mind [or thought] version of a house, has a shop for the equivalent of a liver process. When something goes wrong in the external world, like a damaged object or bad news or whatever, it comes as a sensory input, gets integrated into the thalamus, and is then passed on to memory, and its storage goes to various groups before it ends. . up in the panic group.
This panic pool takes precedence, drawing in other reserves, which could be for breathing, blood rhythm, or muscles somewhere. The memory gives the contents of the store to the destination to panic, which could be in parallel with the secretion of cortisol, before the reaction.
This causes the damaged object or the bad news to have an effect on parts of the body, not necessarily by contact. It is this memory change, or imbalance, that makes the mental body such a problem, as debated in philosophy.
There is a study of Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology two-way communication, showing how the mind, or specifically how thoughts end up affecting the neurological, endocrine, and immune systems, separately or at the same time.
There is multisensory integration, which is where a uniform unit emerges, which is retransmitted, to become the same uniform unit that memory stores, transports, groups and gives to the destination of feeling effects, then reaction.
This unit is proposed to be thought or a thought form. Although memory knows the liver, the liver was not placed there for the record, but instead transmitted sensory information that was converted and stored as a thought form. This is the same for words, cars, houses, smell. [integrated at the olfactory bulb]likes and so on.
Mindfulness meditation is still recommendedfinding applications in business, education, rehabilitation and so on. The mechanism of mindfulness meditation is the mind body. The purpose is to enter a state of high relaxation, not being asleep, but providing stillness or slowness, [memory] stores transport to groups, or reduces the chances of thoughts going to anxiety destinations in some situations.
Although timed and procedurally established, reorganization mindfulness or increased usefulness is based on measurements that might be possible through calculations from the neurobiology of thought and memory between mind and body.
